At Delight – The Grocery Store (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. 1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within one day of the purchase date or delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meats, etc.).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards, sale, or clearance items.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as food and health-related items cannot be returned once opened or used.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an eligible item, follow these steps:

Return Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Please allow 1 business day for processing after the item is received.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 1-2 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Full Refunds:
- You will receive a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) if the item is returned in accordance with our returns policy and is eligible for return.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product. We will arrange for the item to be returned or replaced at no cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number, to assist with our evaluation.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take time to officially post.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it by our returns policy.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
